Thanks for the information thus far. I was hoping to be able to find them along the rocky shorelines again like we did in June but it looks like shoals it is. Regarding the “Morson area”, we will be fishing the Sabaskong Bay, Miles Bay and Sunset Channel areas of the lake. Thanks!

My buddy and I will be heading to Lake of the Woods the last week of August in the Morson area. We have been there before in early June and the smallmouth were on fire! Would anybody care to share what to expect the last week of August? Structure type, technique and/or tackle suggestions would all be appreciated! Thanks! Hook_settr
