  2. Is fishing allowed?

    Heather posted a topic in Southeast Bass Fishing
    I am buying a house off Hackney road in North Chesterfield that has a pond in the back yard. The pond is big and shared by neighbors. Does anyone know who I would contact to get information of the dos and donts and if fishing is allowed? Would like to get a little boat to use on it but have no idea yet what the rules are. Waiting on the survey to be completed. No HOA but I am assuming it is county owned. Thanks for the help.
