At what age in the marine business is considered vintage or antique? I've got a 1984 Dyna-Trac boat and a 1984 Mercury 150hp motor and want to find parts for both.- Throttle/Shift Control
Thanks Alex, does this junk yard have a name and phone number I can call? BTW I'm on Ebay everyday and a lot of their items are new controls. I'd rather keep the original style that came with the boat. The motor is a Merc 150- Throttle/Shift Control
I acquired this 1984 Ebbtide Dyna Trac 18' late last year and have been fixing it up a little at a time. I'm look for the control to replace or rebuild.- Fishmas Gifts 2019
My Wife gave me a pair of Duluth Trading Co. Polarized sun glasses with bifocals so I don't have to change to my "cheaters" to tie a lure.- Officially Depressed
Pour a stiff Jack and Coke, light one up and do the Rod hangers, keep you busy in winter. I was born and raised in Fla, I can't do cold weather fishing, makes my joints ache.- Proper Bunk and Roller alignment
Thanks for the advice and suggestions, Guys, I got it taken care of.- Proper Bunk and Roller alignment
I'm new to the forum and have been out of boating and fishing for about 10 years because life gets in the way sometimes, anyway, I just acquired a 1984 Ebbtide Dyna Trak 176 S/S and it I don't think the trailer is original to the boat and it appears to me the rollers and bunks aren't set up for this boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated with how this is suppose to be set up. Right now there is no room to put a Transom saver on the rear roller and the "ribs", for no other word right now to call them, sit on the bunks. I tried to get good pics of the set up. Thanks,
