My cousin had a custom salt water rod built for my son and used Fed Ex to ship. The rod tip come Broeker off as it looked like they tried to cram into a shorter box. It took for ever for him to get reimbursed and was bit of a hassle. Just my experience with Fed Ex but it could have just been that particular store.

Currently have 3, as long as they hold up and parts are still available I see no reason to replace. Not to jinx it but they have always been solid.

I’ve been hitting pads in the sun with kut tails with pretty good success. By me they still seem to be deep in cover. As soon as the sun starts to go down the bite is over.
