I'm a angler that started bass fishing in early 2018 before I was mainly fishing walleye n catfish at times never went to bass fishing since when I was a kid I had a treble hook go thru my thumb and said I dont wanna go down that road again.

I'm 40 years old with type 1 diabetics that I got diagnosed February 2008 and lost my mother to stage 4 ovarian cancer n she passed away October 2018 4 days after her birthday. I'm here to learn about a different species of fish I love learning and trying new things so any help will help me out down the road , thank u for anyone that is willing to help out.
