Hey so I’m sure this has been brought up a lot but I’m looking to upgrade my gear starting with 1 rod+reel combo this month and I’ll upgrade more in the summer. I’m looking around the $100 price range for both rod and reel, I’m pretty sold on the SLX for $100 unless anyone has some better suggestions and having trouble deciding between the fury/mojo/Bass x. Currently my best combo is a pro max on a vengeance rod 7’ MH fast and I like those rod specs. I want it to be pretty versatile I fish mostly jigs/ChatterBaits/T.Rigs sometimes a square bill and a couple different top water applications. I’m looking really for sensitivity I want to be able to feel my jig is picked up. If anyone has experience with 2 or more of these rods I would appreciate your insight! I’m willing to go up to $120 on the rod, a store near me has the Mojo for $113 and the fury for $99 I can get the bass X for $99 online.
