The new Procyon and Fuego. Haven't found any reviews or anything because their so new, anyone tried them? They look like their meant to fill the hole between the AirdX and the Tatula XT rods. But why lunch two series at the the same price point? ($80)

What are some older models that are sleeper reels that are cheap used? Heard a lot of good things about older Quantums and Any Garcias any specific models?

Thanks for the info. Burr Oak is a tough lake to crack (for me anyways) but once you do it has some very big fish.

I live in southeast Ohio and can't seem to have any luck untill about mid May. I went fishing five or six times the last two weeks without even a bite. I waited for warmest days to go, between 60 and 70 degrees and I can't buy a LM. Any tips? Fishing mostly farm ponds and a small local lake.

Been doing a lot of research before I make the jump into rod building. Wondered if anyone had tried handle kits of eBay? I know there are probably junk, but I saw cool prints and patterns and wondered if anyone knew anything about them?
