So I went out fishing today and has a senko on a weedless hook, I caught one small bass but I got more bites but they wouldn’t stay on the hook. But when I use regular hooks I’ve had no problem getting bass to shore... anyone else have issues with weedless hooks?

Tips on using jigs. Do you have to use a trailer on them?

So this morning we went out fishing and I was using some senkos but no bites (that I know of... ?) but I switched to using a bobber and live minnows and cause 3 or 4 bass nothing big but it was something. It is a bit cooler this morning in Indiana temp was about 48 degrees. Any tips and using artificial baits?

Gotcha thank you! And another question with fishing on a boat. Can you catch bass in the middle of lake? I know theyre mostly close to the bank and in cover.

So I just started bass fishing. But I can never tell if I have a bite or not??? How do I tell? Will a bass run with the with the bait? And also what color baits to use. Thanks!
