    Have any of you Shimano DC guys (specifically I-DC4 systems in the SLX and Curado) have any experience once you lose some line capacity due to line use? I’ve heard the line needs to be to 95% capacity or better. I fish a ton of rocky rivers and make long casts. My line takes a beating so I’m often taking 1-5 yards of worn line off the spool. My current reels (Curado/Citica E’s) hold a good amount of 30 and 40 lb braid so this is not an issue currently. any comments regarding DC casting efficiency after line is lost off the spool?
