  1. I have a 2022 Nitro Z19, I fish the St Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. For what it’s worth, I deeply regret not holding out for a 20-21 footer.
  2. I’ve got spot lock, I wouldn’t choose poles over it, but I’m interested in a set of poles none the less.
  3. I’ve got a 2022 Nitro z19 Pro, currently no shallow water anchors. I will be adding 1 or possibly 2 Power Poles this winter, either 8ft Pro II’s or 8ft Sportsman II’s.. I only plan to keep this boat for probably 2 more seasons, which model makes more sense? I’m leaning towards the Pro II’s as I can get the set for only about $500 more, and I feel they will be more desirable when it’s time to sell.
  4. I bought a new 2022 boat last summer, my first glass boat, I’ve always had aluminum Lund’s.. I wash the boat but I’ve never used a wax. What is a good routine/products to use? Do I need to apply a base coat of wax then use a spray sealer after that? No clue.
  5. Anyone using the St Croix Victory 7’3 H/XF rod for open water to medium cover frogging? I’m up north. 1/4oz Pad Crasher jr’s and some 1/2oz Pad Crashers, 5/8oz Terminators, 3/4oz Phat Mat frog type stuff.
  6. I ended up biting the bullet and ordering a 12v 100ah lithium that has some pretty good reviews. No sense in cheating out now, I guess.
  7. With the help of google, I’m coming up with for a 12 hours of operation, an amp draw of - Garmin 93sv/Livescope system - 19ah, HDS 12 - 18ah, Elite ti2 - 18ah, for a total of 55ah on a 12 hour day.. So that AGM 30H battery at 110ah x .65 = 71.5ah…
  8. This battery is listed as a Sealed lead acid AGM 30H battery rated at 110ah. Am i in the right ballpark with this battery for the workload I’m looking to cover??
  9. Basically, I’m trying to purchase something locally. That’s probably gonna limit me to a lead acid or AGM, I might be able to find a group 31 multi-purpose lead acid battery locally, somewhere. I noticed some of the group 31’s suggest they are “ 95ah at 20 hours,” or “105ah at 20 hours.” Not sure what this means exactly.
  10. Could you recommend an AGM or lithium battery specifically for this type of work load?
  11. I’m not sure my onboard charger supports lithiums? Maybe it does, I’m not sure. Maybe I can find a 30 or 31 AGM battery somewhere.
  12. Will a new Group 29 lead acid deep cycle battery rated at 122 amp hours fuel a HDS Carbon 12, Elite ti2 12, Echomap 93sv uhd, and a livescope LVS32 GLS10 box??? Battery will be on a 3-bank Minn kota electronic on board charger with my 2 trolling motor batteries. I’m currently running the HDS 12 and Elite ti2 12 on a group 27 with no problems. Please, any input appreciated.
