Lund 1875 Pro V Bass Holeshot Issue
I agree Tim, I’ll try to give them a call. I’ve wondered if the 4 blade was the problem also. Not sure if any of you guys have tried to speak with Lund directly? I called once to ask about the pitch on my prop and I remember them saying all questions had to be directed to a dealer...possible to speak directly to Lund? I’ll try calling and see what I can get. Thanks!

I would say it’s pretty centered main weight is... (3)12v trolling batteries are centered up front under the rod locker (2) 12v cranking batteries batteries behind driver seat (2) talons obviously on rear and I don’t carry any heavy gear. Just fishing poles and life jackets. what do you guys think about the motor being placed in the 4th hole from the top?

Not sure if you guys can see in the picture by on my motor the bolt is in the 4th hole from the top. Is this correct? Still trying to get my prop to pad measurement. I agree something must be going on...I’m also not very picky, but it really is a lot of bowrise on takeoff.

Lund 1875 Pro V Bass Holeshot Issue
Thanks guys for the info so far...The prop is a 22p bravo1 4 blade all plugged. Im going to try and get the prop to pad today so I can rule that out. The motor isn’t tucked in the picture. I was in no wake zones and I’ve noticed it tracks better with the motor trimmed up a bit. I'm in Louisiana and don’t have a Lund dealer, had to go out of state for the boat...do you guys know if the trim is adjustable? Is it possible the motor isn’t being able to tuck in all the way? Never had a motor of this size before ??♂️ I’m gonna get some pictures of the motor trimmed to make sure that’s working correctly.

Thanks A-Jay I am really familiar with your setup! I gotta say thanks for all your videos it helped me make some decisions when buying the boat. Here’s a picture of how it sits in the water with just me 185lbs. Not sure what it is, I know a lot of guys run the same setup. I figured it had to be something with the motor placement? The cavitation plate definitely sits above the pad when trimmed in. Not sure if that’s correct for this boat.

Lund 1875 Pro V Bass Holeshot Issue
Hi! First time posting long time viewer. I purchased an 1875 Pro V Bass this year and have been struggling with the holeshot. The boat has so much bowrise when taking off it’s really aggravating to drive. The boat does have some extra items on the rear I’m wondering if are the issue along with the motor setup. Below is the setup... 200hp L4 Verado 22p bravo1 4 blade prop. Motor mounted on 3rd hole down from top. (2) talons 12’. (2) blue top optima batteries mounted in rear. 36v fortrex (3) batteries mounted upfront. Always trim motor all the way in when taking off. Not sure where to start to resolve this but I can’t imagine all these boats have a holeshot like mine. With the motor trimmed all the way in when you take off the nose will point sky high During the holeshot. If the live well is full its 2x worse. Also while moving through no wake zones slowly the boat is really hard to keep in a straight line. I’m always having to steer back and forth to keep it straight. any ideas?
