What’s up west coast, I’m looking for a charter for a half day trip, my brother and I have bonded over fishing, we got a couple float tubes and have caught some spotted bay bass. Think it’s time we try a boat trip and try pulling some Calico bass out. Seen photos of those bass and they’re chunky. If you know of any you recommend please share. Even if it’s going down into Mexico area

Just got a float tube, I have a lot of questions.. do I need waders ? What lakes in the San Diego area allow float tubes? Are float tubes allowed in the harbor of Oceanside and San Diego bay ?

I have plenty of fresh water lures but I live in the San Diego area I rather hit the local lagoon. Do they work the same ? (Chatter baits, spinner baits) . Also do y’all recommend underspin warbaits ?

@Hook2Jaw thanks for that. I was thinking of Braid to Mono. I ask a lot of people I know and they said it would be a good set up, but I myself have doubts. Setup combo I recently bought was “bass pro tourney series”. My first bait cast combo.
