  1. RIVER BANK fishing in COLD water

    I am in Greendale Wisconsin and I have been fishing on the Fox River/Milwaukee River. Temp is around 30-45 degrees. Tomorrow is supposed to be 18 degrees. Anyways reasoning im on here is simply because i've been out almost every day and have caught absolutely nothing. I haven't caught one fish on any river. I have waders i'm in the middle of the river I don't understand. Any suggestions for fishing a fast/cold and shallow river? It is driving me absolutely mad please help lol
