I didn't see it run own the water, but the engine fired up first turn on two occasions a month apart. There appears to be no issues at all with the motor. I just want to make sure I get a fresh start with it.

Thanks.. It's a 2012 model and supposedly has less than 20 hrs. Don't know exactly when the last time it was ran. It has been sitting since last October.

I recently purchased a boat. The engine is a 60 horsepower Yamaha 4-stroke. What are some things that I should do like changing the oil or any filters before I take it to the lake?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2012 G3 eagle 166 SE. The Yamaha 60 horsepower motor has less than 20 hours on it. Also included are two lowrance HDS-9 gen 2 touch. It also has a talon as well. I have taught the guy into making the deal at $9,500. What are your thoughts on regarding if this is a good deal?
