I own a twin troller. I bought it used, like new, condition on eBay. It’s was loaded with a lithium battery and a torqueedo outboard. The price was too good. I did have to drive 1000 miles to get it from Oklahoma to Michigan. I don’t regret it. i like it because I fish alone often. I had a big boat but it was difficult to trailer alone. Unless you use it very often, it is probably not worth it. For your description I would just get a used bass buggy for less than 500. If I were to do it over I would probably get a pelican 120 or 13 foot Boston whaler or Carolina skiff. if you buy twin troller new, you then have to deck it out. A new TT X10 is 5500 plus 1000 for the galvanized trailer. 225 for the two wheel pond launch. Minimally you need a battery about another 2 hundred that is 7000 for a minimal TT X10.
