  2. Shore/bank fishing Tallahassee and/or Lake Jackson

    The title basically says it all. I'm a relatively amateur bass fisherman moving to Florida in July. I don't have a boat or kayak at this point and I'm wondering where the best places to fish for bass (and other things) from shore is. Does the Crowder landing in Lake Jackson provide a good opportunity? Are the piers I see there on Google Maps public or private? I'll be living near the Faulk boat launch, but it doesn't look like that offers good opportunities. Any advice is welcome! Thank you.
