  1. Thanks for the feedback guys! I guess there is no significant reason to do it now other than the fact that it is an excuse to work on fishing stuff lol
  2. Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read my post and respond. I am in college, so it is very hard for me to get much time on the water from about September to April/May. I stay pretty busy but usually take this time to go through everything, reorganize everything, inventory, replace or fix things, etc. I have 8-9 reels that I need to respool, but don't know how much fishing I will be able to do for another 2-3 months. Would you suggest waiting until closer to time to respool to avoid memory issues, or would it be fine to go ahead and throw on new fluro? I have a 1200 yd spool of assassin that will go on most of these, but did not know if having the line sit on smaller spools for 2-3 months would induce more line memory. I have KVD line and lure that I use as well. Thanks!
  3. Has anybody gotten any word on the new Curado MGL 150's? I know they're still pre-order only, but I am about to pick up a few more reels and debating on waiting until they drop before I spend any money. They seem like they could be a pretty sweet reel for $200. Or does anybody own any Chronarch MGL 150's? If so what do you think about them? I do not own any MGL's currently but after using friend's setups I will definitely be switching over soon. I like them much more than some of the DC reels that I own. Thanks!
  4. Hey guys looking for a little help on what to purchase. I am in the market for a high end rod and reel and looking for a new Loomis rod. I do about 70/30 bank fishing to boat fishing and can't decide on a model. There is nowhere in my area for my to get my hands on one and see what they feel like. I'll be putting a Metanium DC on the rod, and trying to figure out if the NRX+ is worth the extra $$$. Any advantages/disadvantages to each? Thanks guys.
