  1. Just got my new boat in the Slings and noticed a few things. #1- the back pulleys that the cables to are on are narrower than the front ones. Would this cause any damage to the fiberglass or gel coat if I keep it in the slings for a few days at a time? Would it be best to back into the boathouse so that the front wider ones are on the widest part of the boat around the stern? #2- the bow of the boat when lifted about 5ft off the water sits about a foot and half above the stern. Is this an acceptable position or should it be more level? Strap Issue Bow Angle
  2. Because they offer a lifetime warranty program so they can charge a premium for their products. A 36k mile warranty doesn't just disappear because the car gets passed onto someone else?

  4. Hey guys, been having issues with a few Shimano rods I've owned and their 1 Year Warranty on $300 rods is getting expensive when they break. Would buying a used G Loomis IMX-Pro 563JWR LTD without a receipt/Proof of Purchase be a decent purchase? I don't mind spending $300ish for a used rod so long as I can get my money's worth with a warranty claim or two. I know that G loomis states you need the receipt for warranty claims but this rod seems to be from before the 2020 Warranty Change. Thanks.
