It all depends. If it's after a cold front... I use a finesse worm and trim it to approx 4 inches and use a 1/0 hook. I use 12# test as an average. I fish it SLOW and do a lot of pausing (I get 50% of the hits when the worm is just sitting there on bottom). I used this combo today after a cold front came through and was still able to catch 16 Bass. It all depends on water conditions and so forth. It's really hard to say. I do know that a finesse worm works wonders on sluggish fish for me. Your results may vary.

Well, I don't really have any "good" photos, but I'll share what I have. I started Bass fishing at the age of 13. We moved onto a small lake and that's where it all started started. Me at age 14 with a 24" Bass. Me at age 16 with a 25" and a 25.5" Bass caught back to back! Me at age 25 with a 23" Bass. Some fish caught when I was around 26. 26" Bass caught when I was 27. 27" Bass caught last Sunday (I'm 36 now ). 23 yrs of Bass fishing in a nut shell! I hope I didn't post too many pics? Wow! Thanks guys. It's good to finally meet up with some friendly people on the net. I'll get some pics up real soon. I went fishing this morning with my cousin and we caught 26 Bass. I caught 16 of em'! Not a bad day since a cold front came through.
