    Hello! Anyone who has ever fished and handled a fish should know that they have a slime coat. I am currently doing a project that is all about Bass fishing and one of the topics and projects is on protecting the fish. I have done some research and found out how important the slime is in fighting bacteria and diseases among other things. I would love to learn more about this topic. If anyone has any knowledge on this or can point me in the right direction to get the information needed I would greatly appreciate it!
