Hi everyone. I am curious if anyone has any experience with this rod as I am looking to add it to my arsenal. I am curious as to wether I could throw other things on it than just frogs like swimbaits (light stuff like 1oz or less), a-rigs, flipping and c-rigs. I know that is a lot of different techniques and a pretty broad category but I don't fish those baits very often and don't need a rod to be perfect for any of them. So just curious as to whether or not it has enough tip to be somewhat versatile? Also am curious about the Gloomis GLX 894 but it is an extra $175 and really don't use those techniques too much as I said and have to buy the rod I choose from Cabelas so I am very limited on what I can pick out model wise. Any help would be great!
