  1. Mineral wells TX area

    Hey everyone I live near Kansas City and just bought a bass boat. My dad lives near mineral wells Texas and has always wanted a boat. He will be on vacation the first week of March and I am going to visit him. He does not know I bought a boat so I am going to surprise him and take him out for largemouth. Could anyone give me some pointers on good lakes within an hour or so of mineral wells that have a reputation of large and plentiful fish?
