I want to fish more and learn from experienced anglers, but I don't have a boat. My knowledge and skills are pretty basic I'd say, but I want to change that. Where do I start? I've tried doing some Google searches and haven't found much. The big clubs in the St. Louis area seem to use "buddy" format tournaments, which I'm assuming is not random draw, the boater knows his co angler. Does anyone know how I can get more involved in the sport?
