Would a medium light bass pro cranking stick be good for a BFS reel? I have one sitting around that I’d rather use than sell.

Any idea on how to get sand out from under the foam knob on a spinning reel? I know a lot of higher end spinning reels have the knob screwed onto the handle, but my Lews Mach Crush's knob is riveted onto the handle, which doesn't allow me to remove it. Any ideas, or will I have to replace the whole handle?

I fish the TVA chain of lakes primarily. Would be it be smart to go with 15lb braid to a 10lb fluoro leader or just stick with the 8lb?

What would be your ideal hook and line size setup for a texas rigged dropshot? I have a 6'10 medium light power extra fast action St Croix Bass x rod, along with a Bass x 7'1 medium power fast action rod.
