Hi. I am new to freshwater fishing. I have a 3-8' canal/pond behind my house where I just started fishing. There's a bunch of Blue Gill but I also caught Aligator Gars, Largemouth Bass and Bowfins, not sure what other species live down there yet. I've been YouTube fishing channels for the last few days and got some insight about bass fishing and purchased a few setups. Could you please help me with matching each setup to fishing styles (texas rig, wacky rig, crankbait, frog, jig, live worm bobber) and advise the type of line best to use with each? Not sure is these are any good for bass. Thank you!
