I fish that area multiple times each year. Senkos, curly tail grubs, plastic hellgramites, small swimbaits, ned baits etc. all work. You can fish on small jig heads or texas rig. I often fish senkos wacky style on a #2 circle hook. Location and confidence in your bait are the keys. I hope to see you on the river this season.
