Polarized

Now before I say anything no I’m not a newbie when it comes to baitcasters i have 4 and just picked up the Mach crush a few months ago. My Mach crush was awesome when I got it loved it, however after a month I noticed that it was hard to get distance with the combo I even switched to a lighter line (14lbs)… I loosened the tension knob a lot to see if I could get more distance, nope turned the magnetic brakes to 0 nope. I even turned the drag back a lot and I get the same distance of a cast every time no matter the setting of my baitcaster any advice?
