Wenatchee fishing
I went to Wenatchee last year and couldn't find any places to fish for bass. Ended up on the bank of a random part of the Columbia and ended up with countless whitefish (or something), but no bass. Anyone have a place they know of nearby, within 30 mins? I saw some photos of bass at Big Bow Lake near Rock Island, but I can't seem to find the actual lake on mapquest. Anyone know exactly where that is? My friend will have a boat too, so any and all fishing sites will be much appreciated, thanks.

Fishing w/ Shaw Grigsby on Monday - ought to be fun!
wow, I really could have bet my life those 2 guys were the same people. Don't they both have a high pitched excited voice and say "pig" all the time? Anyways, I don't know many of the pro bass fishermen and I am almost afraid to ask....but how do you say James' last name?

please tell me this Shaw guy is the same person as Hank Parker. Ive seen this Hank Parker guy fish on TV and he sounds so much like the guy you are talking about. I even searched the Shaw guy and he looks like him, IMO.

bradley lake in pierce county washington
you guys are probably all too "pro" to be fishing a lake like bradley lake in puyallup behind wal-mart and GI Joes near South Hill Mall), but there are reports on washingtonlakes.com that talk it up real well. prob more big trout in there than anything else, but there are reports of 3-6 lbs LMB there too. anyways, have any of you fished it for bass? if so i am having trouble finding them and/or getting them to bite. could use some help of spots on the lake and lure choice. thank you

swivels and lures
maybe im using the wrong vocab, not sure. when im saying swivel, i mean those brass colored things that have an eye hole on one end and a clip (like a safety pin) on the other end. its easy to clip the lure on that safety pin. regardless, sounds like its not a good idea to do that and just tie each lure on.

swivels and lures
so it would be ok to use swivels with top water lures, but just re-tie all other kinds? i guess i can spend the extra 30 secs to re-tie if itll catch me more fish

swivels and lures
Just started reading this forum last week and love the information Ive been soaking up. Now I actually have a question that I have not seen covered which has to do with swivels. I am used to trout fishing up here in Washington but have been getting into the Bass for the past year. Anyways, do any of you use swivels when you use lures for bass since it makes it so easy to just swap them out when the lures arent working? Or do you all just cut the line and retie each lure?
