  1. Shimano Citica 200 Brakes?

    If a Shimano Citica 200 series reels doesn’t have all the brakes installed in the reel, will the reel still function correctly? I just bought 2 each 200g7 reels and both only have 2 each brakes on the reel. CHRIS TIA
