Hello there! I'm new to the whole fishing scene also. I always enjoy using poppers. I've found them to be pretty decent lures. Buzzbaits seem to do well also. Although I've never used one, I've seen others have success with them. Good luck!

Roadwarrior, thanks for the link. I was told that this was a good site for women, too. I'm very glad for it! I can't stand guys who say, "Girls can't do ___."

Hey everybody. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I finally convinced my boyfriend that women can fish too. And he relunctantly introduced me to this site. Just kidding. He's always been my biggest supporter. I'm kinda new to fishing. I'm hoping to learn a lot here, and maybe even teach you something. (Peter says I do odd things.) Well, that's all for now.
