    I preordered the Ultegra XR 2/5/2024 with an expected release in Spring2024. I've contacted support many times throughout with constant release date push backs. My most recent contact was 12/20/2024 with an available date of 10-14 days. I have yet to receive it. I ordered one 12/24/2024 from a different site and got mine within the week
