Dear Glenn and your magnificent group,
I wish I was as strong as Rog was. I will always remember when we fished,
for me, the first time, for bass fishing, I think I was 18 at the time, we fished Delaware river,
and I told Roger I was stuck on a stump. Well, he looked at my rod and line, he didn't touch it,
and he said 'no stupid', that's a fish, sure enough it was a beautiful Smallmouth.
It was.
you can't get that wrong twice.
We are inexorably linked.
I do want to tell you that it is too painful to live in this lovely Georgia home by myself.
If anyone is interested in Roger's rods and reels, there are about 35-40 of them in our garage in Georgia. If someone is close buy, please contact me.
I will also, after my grieving, write a book on freshwater fishing per our 60 years of Roger's highly detailed studies. I think the youth today needs new insight on the absolute glory of freshwater fishing.
It will take a while.
Love Mrs. Roger J. Felber
