Warmouth and green sunfish are very similar and can hybridize. Judging from the photo it looks more like a green sunfish, common bass prey.

The problem is transporting crayfish from region to region, as mentioned with the Rusty. Today the zebra/quagga mussel issue is a problem and the mussels can hitch hike on the crayfish transported by anglers. Everyone should get involved with youth fishing. When my son was in YMCA Indian Guides, I got involved teaching 6 to 8 year old to fish for about 3 years, it was a rewarding experience. The groups size stared out with about 6 kids and grew to over 25 during the 3 years. Camping and fishing go hand in hand, a wonderful outdoor experience. I was surprised how few dads had fishing skills and they learned along with their kids how to catch, clean and cook fish. WRB

Think of the dart head as a finesse swim jig for open water areas. Te late Dick Trask was known for split shotting 3" to 6" soft plastic worms, however he also won a lot of tournaments using darts on suspended bass.
