I bought some Gamakatsu Hybrid Worm hooks today where they claim they get better hook ups than EWG. My issue is that they are really more like an EWG than a straight Offset Work hook. looks like I need to look at my other hooks to see if some brands are the same configuration as I am sure they will be less that $2.50 a hook.
