The Zenon beast 6 is hands down the best casting reel I’ve owned paired up against shimano Curado k 200 and mgl 150hg Curado reels , revo5 isnhore , max 40 , revo beast rocket 40 , revo rocket , the Zenon beast 6 reel from Japan beats all of them I’ve owned.. bought for a crankbait reel , I feel like this is one of the ultimate crankbait reels paired with my 7’10” st croix legend tournament rod . It’s the one rod and reel combo id choose if I only got one , and I’ve got a curado k 200 6.2 on a Imx pro 843c cbr rod , curado m 150hg on a phenix m1 swimbait rod , revo5 rocket on a 7’ med fast st croix bass x rod , revo5 isnhore on a 8’ surf rod , revo beast rocket on a victory at croix rod , and the Zenon beast and big cranker legend rod is by far my farthest casting and best working reel all around. Yes I’ve tested this reel on every single rod I own to find the best match ups and this one is it . Sucks they only sold it in the Japan market , but this is the ultimate crank bait or swimbait reel to have imported I feel like ..
