Veritas Winch
Thank you! I was thinking that. Really a long as I get a good parabolic action out of the rod is what I care about. With the MH I'm thinking that and the stiffer graphite will help with good long casts. I guess I was looking for the encouragement.

Veritas Winch
Anybody? What's the best for a deep Cranker? I love the veritas but use a kvd crankbait rod for shallow cranks. I need something for deep cranks.

Veritas Winch
Has anybody used the Veritas Winch series? I'm looking to get the 7'6'' MH for deep cranks. Is a graphite crankbait rod like this worth it for deep diving?

Hayward Area
Look up a guy named Jeff Evans. He is a brilliant guide and very personable. He treats everyone right and is one of the most reasonably priced guides out there. If you watch versus channel's good fishing with Babe, he has been on there a few times. Send me a pm and I can get you his info.

Idiot Move
Thank you for the info Hooligan, I really appreciate the explanation. I guess I'm not too worried about it anymore, fish won't smell it, the amount on the hook would be less than the amount used to glue a trailer.

Saving Money On Fishing Hooks
if you put a corkscrew keeper on there it would probably work awesome for plastics. I use a lot of those types of hooks for worms and lizards.

Idiot Move
Me being the idiot. I superglued the dividers in my hook 3700 and left it to dry. Put everything away a couple hours later and the next day open it up and there seems to have been a chemical reaction, maybe moisture. But my box and all the hooks in the box are now coated in a light white residue. Can anyone explain this? It comes off with like scrubbing. Is there an easier way to clean hundreds of hooks? I feel like a dumb ****
