  1. Thanks. I googled push nut removal and saw that tool after I posted my question. I appreciate your help.
  2. Hey guys. Do any of you know an easy way to remove push nuts. I need to replace my bow roller and have had a hard time removing the push nuts. Last time I had to use a hacksaw - is there an easier way? Thanks, Chris
  3. I have a '94 Javelin 409 20' 3" with a 200HP Johnson Venom. I have had the boat for about a year and have been very impressed with the ride. It handles rough water pretty well and will get down the lake in a hurry. If the boat and motor are in good shape, you won't be disappointed.
  4. Thanks for the info. I am in need of some carb work. It has had some trouble idling and running at low rpm's. WOT is fine, but it will die if you idle for an extended period of time. Thanks again.
  5. Never mind guys. I figured out that the model number was J200STLERK instead - I am pretty sure this makes it a 1994 which is what I thought.
  6. I wondered if anyone knew the best way to find out the year model on my Johnson 200 HP Venom. The serial # is G03318113 adn the model # is J200STLFRK. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  7. Thanks Guys. I really appreciate the help.
  8. I recently bought a '94 Javelin with an in dash Lowrance Flasher Unit. I have never used a flasher before. Do any of you have experience with adjusting the sensitivity and reading a flasher unit? Thanks!
  9. Hello all. A friend of mine recently pointed me towards this forum, and I must admit that I am not disappointed. This place has a wealth of knowledge. I am not new to fishing, but I am new to bass boat ownership which means I am doing a lot more fishing. I fish Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA most of the time and find that it is a pretty tough bass fishing lake. Hopefully all of your suggestions will make life on the water more fun.
