I was looking to get a Quantum KVD tour 5.3:1 but I cant find them in left handed so my question is can i get a 6.6:1 and change it to a 5.3 or should i just give up and get the right handed one and live with it.

    It depends on whether another models left hand gears will fit in the case. I would suspect it's possible but would have to research a little to be sure.
