Does anyone know any good spots around Waynesboro, Greencastle area? I already have a list for Washington County MD, but I live in Waynesboro and just looking for some quick stops in the mornings before work. Right now I will just be fishing from shore but the boat is coming towards the end of May. Thank you!

Sorry, I don't know of any spots real close to Waynesboro, but Longarm dam (near Hanover) is fairly close and it's been good fishing lately. I would recommend taking your boat out there once you get it since the better fishing is on the back side where you can only get to by a boat. No gas powered boats, though. I take my kayak out there.

Lake Marburg is out there, too. It's a lot bigger, but it's a lot better lake to fish from the shore than Longarm dam. I've caught some decent bass right from shore along the fishing pier and the La-Ho trail.
