Yep, somebody posted about those about a month ago.  Everybody seemed to like them if I remember correctly.

Those are pretty realistic looking. It seems like the would be easy to loose especially in heavy cover.

Yeah for the designer ones...hes's also supposed to have some available in the future that are plain and you can detail them yourself for aroung 10 bucks. 8-)

I was the one who originally posted them and it basically turned into a discussion on whether bass actually eat frogs and/or tadpoles. ;D

This frog intrigues me. I sent that Capn' Ken an email after the original thread. He said the "Clone" series was in production and he expected to have them for sale in a few weeks. I think the bodies are the same as the $35 baits, it's just the legs you need to Sharpie.

Somewhere on that web site it says he invented the Banjo Minnow; hence the similar nose hook.

did you purchase any finatic? i might give one a try. my only concern would be the durability of the frog. if i can catch a bunch on one frog, then i would buy one.

After looking and thinking about it, I don't think I am a big fan of the nose hook idea. On one of the videos he missed quite a few before hooking up.
