Hey guy, how about hitting the Introductions and introduce yourself and tell us about your level of bass fishing and add your location under your photo to the left.

When fishing dirty water you need a rattle in your bait; chartreuse or white colored baits and black or dark colored baits; fish slow; and punch through the slime to get your plastic to the bottom.

You may want to fish for bluegills and bream to make sure there are bait fish in the pond that can support a bass population.

And please check your spelling and grammar when posting. It is easier for us to read and understand what you are saying.

I am assuming you are referring to a pond that was either created by some sort of river run off, a rock quarry maybe, or just a man made that is no longer getting any up-keep.

Whatever the case may be. You need to try and locate any type of bait fish in the water. Try floating a night crawler or a meal worm. Maybe even salmon eggs. Those things are killer for cathing blue gill. Once you know there are bait fish, then you can test different thoeries. Frogs off a mossy patch and then dropping off the edge. Drop shot, buzzbait.

Everyone's water is different.

Try a weedless topwater bait or a hollow belly rigged with a belly weighted hook reeled straight through the thick stuff.

Dark colors and colorado blade spinner bait.
