Fishin' In The Fall.
All you need to worry about in the Fall is chasing bait fish....rattle trap and top water bite, big ones in shallow creeks in about 1-6ft of water.

Right Before The Storm!
Really good day of fishing this past Wed. all me and my buddy threw were crankbaits, the bite was pretty slow in the A.M. believe it or not, and picked up around 11A.M. to 2P.M. fish a drop off near the main channel and were on fire for about three hours. It was awsome.

Fishing After A Rain. Anything Special To Do?
Depends on if it's a high or low pressure front, me, I always go to top water, after the rain stirs up a lake and or a pond I fish shallow. Cools off the surface temp somewhat, the shad come to the surface and I break out the top-water baits.

Tournament On A Lake I've Never Fished Before
You should've posted this in the Southern state thread, but anyhow, Kerr, just this year the lake has been comming back to life. Meaning they had a freashwater disease that affected the bass and most would die or never see adulthood, now in the early 90's bassmaster elite series did fish kerr and it produced a lot of really nice bass...to make a long story short, all the bass now are for the most part, healthy and better numbers of quality fish have been caught this year. My advice is get a topo map of this lake, there are two so depending on where you are putting in, would be great if I knew where you were putting in at, I know for a fact members on here from VA and NC know a lot about this lake and will be glad to help you out. Where are you putting in at?

Top Water
- More And Bigger Fish
Don't get to carried away lol, at least get it outta your system while you are young...- Just A Suggestion
Fast and slow depends on the water temp and barometric pressure.- What To Expect
A professional resume,it's a start.- Ever Fish Kerr Lake
Keer must be comming back, they had a lot of diseased fish that kept the bass from reaching decent size, glad to hear it's comming back to life.- Just A Suggestion
Color only affects MY fishing presentation depending on the lighting condition, wind and chopyness will only make me wanna change to the lure that fits the condition. If it's dark outside I use darker colors, and the water is murky or staind. Clear I use brighter and natural colors sunny or cloudy. The only time I actually change the color is at night, darker the bait the better.- Fishing Murky/muddy Water
Not only spinnerbait, try colorado blade.- Top Water
Let the Mods do their job! That's all, have a great day.- Best Shakey Head Worm?
Zoom double ringger.- Top Water
You and bots, no disrespect but that's what the mods are for.- Hooked! (And Hesitant To Change)
Swimming jig- toss out,let it sink a bit, depending on depth and structure, and slow reel back. Flipping and pitching are done fairly close to the cover or structure, fished twiching or slow up and down. - More And Bigger Fish
