I have a motorguide pro series with 70 pounds of thrust. The other day my brother used my boat and broke my steering cable where the cable connects to the rack. I have the part number I need to replace it but thought I would check to see if anyone here knew of someone that might have the part I need used rather then buying new. Also has anyone ever fixed this on theres that may be able to explain how to do it, it looks simple but I am sure it wont be. things never seem to be easy when I work on stuff.
