I have been looking to find out how much a fishing license is for maryland. I can't find it anywhere in on the maryland dnr. If anyone knows how much a 3 day license is or where to find it that would be great. Thanks, Jenga

Man hopefully we time it right. I can't wait if any of you see a black and red skeeter with a power pole stop and say hi. Jenga
  4. I am looking at buying either the humminbird 597 ci or the same with down imiaging. I have read everything I could about these products and the reviews on bass pro and cabelas seem alright. Some people were saying that the gps doesn't work that great but wanted to know what real anglers think. I trust those reviews but I know that everyone on this website is an angler and has their own experiences just looking for someone to tell me that these are a decent unit. My main thing is the gps if I have problems with this then I don't want it. I currently have the 798 at the helm and want to put the 597 on the bow. Also can this unit be linked to the 798. Thanks for the help. Jenga

Thanks guys. Sounds like many of the baits that work here in MI also will work out there. I have plenty of sexy shad lures. How is the timing for this area, ice will be here in MI still so I can't wait. Jenga
  6. I am coming out to fish the Potomac from michigan to fish with my cousins. I have a 20ft skeeter and plan on fishing mattawoman creek area as we are camping near there. We are planning on fishing from Apr. 4-7 and was wondering if I could get some info about this area. Thanks, Jenga
  7. A-Jay, I have also used the VMC hook this year and I think we fish similar waters. I have had about 4 or 5 break on me. I was fishing the Lk.St.Clair River and my buddy was using a vmc and I watched it bend in half. I like the idea but I will not buy them any more.
  8. I have a motorguide pro series with 70 pounds of thrust. The other day my brother used my boat and broke my steering cable where the cable connects to the rack. I have the part number I need to replace it but thought I would check to see if anyone here knew of someone that might have the part I need used rather then buying new. Also has anyone ever fixed this on theres that may be able to explain how to do it, it looks simple but I am sure it wont be. things never seem to be easy when I work on stuff. Thanks, Jenga
  9. Thanks guys do you think series 27 would work for me. Thanks, Jenga
  10. I have a motorguide pro series 70 pound thrust 24 volt trolling motor on my 93 19 foot skeeter and I need to buy two new batteries. I normally fish for about 8hrs. Does anyone know of a good deep cycle battery that will work for me. I don't want to spend much more then 120 per battery. Thanks, Jenga
  11. Anyone know why my switch fire is reading like this. I just had the shoot thru the hull puck installed and now it is reading like this, do you think it may be a sensitivity issue. Thanks, Jenga
  12. I have heard great things about segaur invisx, listened to Goestnic last year and he raved about it. Thought I would give it a try this year. Jenga
  13. so 12-14 floro would be good for cranks, jerkbaits and spinners. 8lb for soft plastics. RW I will look into that Yo-zuri not sure if I want that or not yet. Jenga
  14. RW what lb do you use on casting reels. Is Yo-Zuri a mix of floro and mono.
