Best/Favorite polarized sunglasses

Like rods and reels no one has tried all the brands of sunglasses, but some brands are well-known for quality.  That's where I would start looking.

Personally, I am far-sighted so my vision is hawk-like at distance but I need corrective lenses for tying knots.  My eye doctor sells Maui Jims and they are high quality so that is what I use.  I can't speak for any other brands but I've heard a lot of good comments about Oakley, Costa, mid to high priced Solar Bats, and Maui Jims.

I have a pair of Maui Jims that are very comfortable and provide great definition.

i have a pair of native's and i love them

I went to a local outdoor store, well more like a camping supply store, and they had a bunch of Native sunglasses in a display. I tried a few pairs on and loved them. They made my Oakley's look like a middle of the pack pair of sunglasses. LOVE THEM!!! Never mind what I said about just getting Oakley replacement lenses. Hard and cloth carrying case, extra pair of lenses, strap, amazing lenses, great buy at $125. O yeah, I almost forgot about the LIFE TIME WARRANTY.

I used a pair of Wiley X XL-1 this year and overall they were pretty good.  I could see into the water extremely well with them but I did notice them fogging up, especially with the foam insert.  Eventually I stopped using the insert except for when the glare was so high that it was worth the fogging to put them in.  Towards the end of the season the straight earpiece started to give me headaches and irritate my ear.

My brother-in-law just got me a pair of Costas for Christmas and I can't wait to try them out.  They are much more comfortable than the Wiley X glasses, hopefully they don't fog up.  I will keep and use both sets as they have different color lenses but I think the Costas will become my #1 seed due to the comfort.
