Slingshot Plastic Bait...

Featured Replies

Back in the late '90s this bait called the Slingshot came out. I cant remember who made the lure but i know it was killing the bass population in some of the local ponds and small lakes that i fished. Does anyone know the closest thing thats made to the slingshot and where i can find it??

ive never heard of it. have you tried to google it to see who makes it? that would be a good option if noone replys to your thread. if you find the company that makes the slingshot bait im sure you could find it on ebay. people sell alot of vintage lures on there.

I think I've got a couple of bags around somewhere. If its the bait I'm thinking of, it is made to be fished wacky style, it kind of looks like a flattened out sluggo. I think it pre-dated the senko by a few years. I think it was made by Riverside. These days, I think a wacky rigged senko or an unweighted tx rig is a better bait.
