Stafford, Va Area Help!

Featured Replies

  • Super User

I live in Stafford VA, and man the bite has been really tough at Aquia and Curtis, and being limited to shore, I cant think of many other places to go.

In my neighborhood, (Vista Woods) there is a small pond, but its surrounded by houses, and I dont want to trespass to see if there is fish in it. There is a small opening where I can get to the waters edge legally, but its not a big enough hole in the trees to actually cast. But man, do I want to fish that pond!

I've tried searching the internet for any ponds that I can fish locally, but I cant find any results :(

Does anyone know of any ponds in the area that I can fish!? Or any smaller bodies of water?

My dad refuses to go anywhere that's farther than 20 miles, so alot of places are just too far.

Man, I wish I had a boat.

Anyways, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Quantico has lots of ponds and a lake to rent boats from.
