Hey guys,

I am about to pickup a GLX BSR803 in great condition for $200. I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on this rod and what techniques it excels at?

I would be using it mainly for wacky rigging 5" senkos as well as 3/16 oz. tubes, and 3/16 oz. - 1/4 oz. shaky heads. Thanks guys!

    Should be a great rod for what you want. Pair it with a ci4 2500 and it will be super lite as well!

    that is a great spinning rod. the tip is nice and stiff and i use it mainly for 1/4oz jigs.
