San Pablo Reservior, Ca (East Bay)

Recommended Posts

If any of you are planning on fishing this lake the bass have been really hitting crawdad color crankbaits. A lot of the fish I caught were holding on flats roughly 8' to 13' feet of water near points and shore. Cast your crankbait close to the shore and drag it back hitting the bottom all the way to the boat for some fun fishing! There's a "No Gas Motors" area which is really productive. I was using the Rapala DT series in crawdad and firetiger. If you have any Lucky Craft a mini DR in crawdad works great as well!

Conditions: 10-13mph winds, Clear sunny sky, UV index 9

Happy fishing!
