Lazer Trokar Flipping hooks?

Featured Replies

Has anyone tried these flipping hook do you like them or is there another flipping hooks that you would use for flipping a chigger craw or any craws or worms ? I heard different things about these hooks some are bad and good things can't decide yet to buy or buy some other hooks ?

The only flipping hook i have are youvella 4/0 and 3/0 hooks also owner 3/0- 4/0- 5/0  straight shank hooks .

Theyre not worth $2.50 a hook. The shrink tube slips and according to brokeju, who is very credible, he haf the points bent on hooksets, rendering the useless. That hasnt happened to me since ive only used them a few times. Paycheck baits' punching hooks seem pretty good. They have a welded eye for braid and are made by gamakatsu. I think the design was originally from reaction innovations

I fish around alot of heavy cover so a thick gauge hook is a must. I use braid 90% of the time as well. I stick with Gamakatsu and Owner. I have driven these hooks through gill plates and skulls. If you are using light line and or you are NOT fishing around alot of cover, use a thinner diameter hooks for easier penetration. Both of the brands I mentioned offer a wide range of hooks and they are reliable.
